Posting a role

• Real roles only, for a real company you can hire for.
• At least $100,000 a year for full-time, or the same rate for part-time, with the pay range shown.
• No discrimination, no fees charged to applicants, nothing unlawful.
• Posting is free while we launch. We’ll tell you before that changes, and nothing you already posted will be charged.

We may take down a post that breaks these rules. Anyone who applied is told it was taken down.

Applying

Tell the truth about your work. You stay anonymous until you choose to share your name, and companies agree not to try to find out who you are before then.

Between you

We are a board, not an employer or an agency. Interviews, offers and contracts are between the company and the operator. An offer made here is an intention to hire, not a contract.

The site

We run it with care but can’t promise it never goes down or loses a message. Don’t use it to harass anyone, scrape it, or get around its limits. We may close accounts that do.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll say so here, with the date, before the change applies.
